About Josie
I Lived This Before I Had Words for It
Author · Educator · Mentor · Mother
I'm Josie, author of Are You Tired of Hating Your Baby Daddy? I help women use their triggers for self-understanding and redirect their energy into building the life they want.
While raising my daughter, I moved through the rage, the breakups, the returns, and the shame. I began to understand that rage was energy. I could keep using it to fight the same battles, or I could use it to build my life.
“I used to think I was a victim. Now I know I am a creator.”
